Roll it a little more with a rolling pin and with a sharp knife start cutting petals that are approximately the same size and shape. Arrange these petals on the pie in the shape of a flower, and in the middle add a ball of dough, which you can pierce with a toothpick.
If you want to make it more interesting - separate half of the petals and carefully extend them with your hands, arrange them again in a circle, but at a greater distance. In this case, alternate the longer and shorter pieces of dough.
