Let's see how to prepare delicious milk with rice step by step. It is really successful if you choose the right products and follow a certain technology.

To prepare milk with rice, it is good to use round grains. It contains more starch and our dessert will have a thick and pleasant texture.

Before using the rice, you need to clean it of foreign impurities and wash it very well under cold running water. It is good when preparing milk with rice to boil it in a metal container with a non-stick coating, in which your dessert is prepared in a shorter time. The total cooking time is 25-30 minutes, during which the thickened product should be stirred regularly and well.

To prepare it, you need 1 liter of fresh milk (homemade is best), 1 tsp. rice, 2 tsp. water, a pinch of salt, 1 tsp. sugar and 40 g butter. Pour cold water over the rice and place it on the stove, after it boils, reduce the heat and cook until it swells and absorbs all the liquid. Add the milk and a pinch of salt, simmer, stirring slowly and gently.

Once it starts to thicken, stir frequently - and so on until ready. Add the sugar to the already cooked dessert, stir and add the butter and stir again until melted and absorbed. While it is still warm, the milk with rice is poured into dessert bowls or glasses and left to cool, served cold.
