Necessary products: 400 g flour (can be white, standard, black or wholemeal), 2 eggs, 50 g butter, a pinch of salt, water
Method of preparation: The flour is mixed with salt, softened butter and eggs and water is gradually added to it until a smooth dough is obtained. If the dumplings are served as croutons, cut small pieces out of the spread dough, put them in boiling slightly salted water and boil them until they start to rise, then fry them in a little oil.
If they are stuffed, you have to cut out circles with the help of a mold, in which you put the stuffing, shape them into balls, lightly toss them in flour and cook them in a similar way. Serve them with cream or just put them in a pre-prepared broth, and if you have made too much, you can freeze them and boil them at any time you want.

- stuffing of lightly fried minced meat with finely chopped onions and spices to taste;
