Cream products: 4 egg yolks, 2 packets of vanilla, 3 tablespoons flour, 1 liter milk and 1/2 tsp sugar.

You have to deal with the swamps first. Divide the eggs into whites and yolks and add half the amount of sugar to the whites and the other half to the yolks. Then beat them in the snow separately using a mixer.

Then you need to mix the contents of the two bowls and mix it with a wooden spoon. Add the pre-sifted flour to the mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Cut the cooled loaf into two parts.

Next is the preparation of the cream. Boil the milk with half the sugar. The other half is beaten together with the yolks. Add the vanilla and flour and continue stirring until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. You need to add this mixture to the boiling milk and wait until it thickens. Do not stop stirring all the time.

Here we are almost ready. To prepare the glaze, you only need to break the egg whites to which you have added sugar and vanilla into thick snow. Then we start to "assemble" the cake. Put the first part of the marsh and water it with compote syrup.

Pour cream on it and cover with the second half of the marsh. We syrup again. Finally, cover the cake with icing, and we can decorate it with grated chocolate or colored sugar sticks.

The cake is left to stand in the refrigerator / about 2-3 hours /, after which it can be served.
