Necessary products: 800 g pike fillet (if you do not find, you can also use hake fillet), 3 onions, 1 parsley root, 2 carrots, salt and pepper (grains) to taste, 1 tsp. vegetable broth, a few sprigs of fresh parsley, 1 tbsp. flour, boiled potatoes or potato salad for garnish.

Method of preparation: The fillet is cut into strips and arranged on the grill on which it will be steamed. Peel onions and carrots and cut into circles, and parsley root into small pieces. Put on the fish and pour the broth.

Boil under a lid on low heat for about 20 minutes. Then remove the fish and vegetables, and to the sauce remaining from them, add the flour, diluted in a little water. Boil for a few minutes until everything thickens and this sauce is poured over the fish. Serve with boiled potatoes or potato salad.
