Zucchini or eggplant burettes
Zucchini or eggplant bureks are also a great treat. Grate the zucchini and cut into lengths, add salt and lightly fry. Between two fried zucchini put a stuffing of grated cheese with egg and parsley. The burets prepared in this way are dipped successively in flour, beaten egg and crushed rusk or flour and fried in very hot fat until golden. Eggplant burek is prepared in the same way.
Breaded peppers or burettes
Stuffed pane peppers, called in some places in the country vegetarian schnitzels, are not inferior in taste to burettes. Fleshy peppers are selected for breading. They are baked, peeled, cleaned of seeds and stuffed with grated cheese, eggs and parsley, giving them a flat shape. Then they are breaded - like zucchini burettes, and fried until golden.
Lean sauerkraut or stuffed peppers
Lean vine sarmi or lean stuffed peppers, seasoned with more dill, parsley and mint, are an excellent outdoor lunch dish.
Cut in a box dill and parsley
1 bunch of dill and parsley, pre-washed, dried with a towel and placed in a cloth bag, refresh the food on a trip and make it richer in vitamins.
