The one-week diet with tea is suitable for you if you have decided to quickly melt a few rings before the sea. However, if you have recently become ill or are active in sports, never use this diet.
The diet does not act on the principle of separate nutrition, but on the carefully selected nutritional composition and properties of food products.

Third day - A cup of tea or decaffeinated coffee with a quarter liter of water + a salty biscuit or toast.
Fourth day - A cup of tea or decaffeinated coffee with a quarter liter of water + a salty biscuit.
Fifth day - 150-200 grams of white meat or chicken roll + 3 not very large carrots and a quarter liter of water.
Day 6 - A cup of tea or decaffeinated coffee with a quarter liter of water + a salty biscuit.
Seventh day - A cup of tea or decaffeinated coffee with a quarter liter of water + a salty biscuit.
Lunch
First day - 2 boiled eggs and one tomato.
Second day - 200 grams of red meat with lettuce.
Third day - lettuce + one tomato + 1 orange or tangerine.
Fourth day - 100-150 grams of white cheese + 1 egg and 1 carrot.
Fifth day - 200 grams of roasted fish + 1 tomato.
Day 6 - Roast chicken (200 grams) without skin + one citrus fruit.
Seventh day - 200 grams of red meat + citrus fruit.
Dinner
First day - 200 grams of red meat with lettuce.
Second day - 150-200 grams of white meat or chicken roll with a bowl of unsweetened yogurt.
Third day - 150-200 grams of white meat or chicken roll + fruit salad + 2 eggs.
Fourth day - fruit salad + 1 cup unsweetened yogurt.
Fifth day - 200-300 grams of red meat.
Sixth day - 2 soft-boiled eggs + 3 carrots.
Seventh day - 1 egg and lettuce.
