Pour the hot espresso into a wider glass so that it takes up only a quarter of it. If you want it to be sweeter, add a teaspoon of sugar. Heat half of the milk and pour it into the coffee. Stir well.

The rest of the milk is heated in the espresso machine until a lot of foam forms and becomes thick as cream. This cream is poured over the coffee. Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top. Optionally decorate with cinnamon sticks.

It is drunk immediately before the foam has dropped.

Options: You can replace fresh milk with cream. In this way, however the cappuccino it will get a little harder. Instead of cinnamon you can sprinkle with cocoa or vanilla.
