You will really need no more than five minutes for this delicious meal. The products you will need are 8 thin beef cutlets, 4 slices of Parma ham, 8 leaves of fresh herbs, 250 g of dry white wine, 50 g of butter.

Cut each piece of ham in half.

Squeeze the cheese. Peel the carrots, remove the zucchini stalks, peel the radishes, wash all the vegetables and cut them into thin strips. Then put them in cold water and leave them there for 15 minutes. Then squeeze them, put them in a bowl, sprinkle them with oil, salt them, mix them and sprinkle with turmeric.
To serve them - arrange the vegetables on a plate, put the cheese in the middle, add the thyme stalks and sprinkle with turmeric again.
