Unlike previous milks, in which only the two known bacteria Lactobacillus Bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus participated, the new product contains six bacteria and one prebiotic.
Thanks to its new ingredients, milk is more nutritious and healthier. Naturally, everything has been researched and confirmed by the National Institutes of Health.
The new bacteria are Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus Casei and Lactobacillus Gasseri. They have a beneficial effect on the immune system, improve digestion, reduce fat in the human body and have an antioxidant effect.
The prebiotic that is added to milk improves metabolism and stimulates the growth and activity of added bacteria.
The product will most likely also be available in the form of capsules for fermenting homemade yoghurt, such as kefir and yoghurt with honey.
The professor claims that the taste of the new yoghurt will be slightly sweeter than the taste of ordinary yoghurt. Mass production of the new product will start in a few days.
