The diet categorically denies the high consumption of alcohol and sweets. Only the consumption of 150 grams of dry wine, 300 milliliters of beer and 1 small dessert is allowed.
The diet diet allows you to flavor foods with spices such as parsley, rosemary, oregano, dill, but prohibits the use of any sauces and broths.
Studies show that this diet lowers high blood pressure and acts as a prophylaxis against atherosclerosis and osteoporosis.
