French salad in cocktail glasses
Necessary products: 200 g boiled peas, 200 g corn, 3 hard-boiled eggs, 100 g cow's cheese, 100 g gouda cheese, edam or yellow cheese, olives with pepper
For the sauce: 250 g sour cream, 250 g light mayonnaise, 2-3 tbsp. white wine - Chardonnay or Sauvignon Blanc, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, 1/4 tsp. dill, thyme
Method of preparation: The salad is arranged in cocktail glasses. Alternate a layer of peas, grated cheese, corn, grated egg whites, olives and sprinkle with grated cheese. The sauce is prepared from well-mixed cream, wine, mayonnaise and spices. Each glass is watered with 2 tbsp. sauce and sprinkle with egg yolk.
Nisoaz salad
Necessary products: 8 potatoes, 4 tomatoes or 250 g cherry tomatoes, 4 eggs, 1 green pepper, 15-20 olives, 225 g canned tuna fillet, 12 anchovy fillets, 1 fresh onion, 1 tsp. mustard, 5 tbsp. olive oil, 3 tbsp. vinegar, salt, pepper
Method of preparation: The potatoes are boiled, peeled and cut into slices. The eggs are boiled and cut into quarters. Tomatoes are cut into cubes, and if they are cherries - leave whole. Cut the peppers into strips. In a bowl, mix the potatoes, eggs, tomatoes, peppers, tuna fillet pieces and olives.
The sauce is prepared separately by mixing the finely chopped onion, mustard, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour the resulting dressing over the salad, mix gently and serve immediately.
French pancakes with chocolate
Necessary products: 120 g butter, 120 g grated almonds, 120 g sugar, 6 eggs, 2 tbsp. rum, 50-100 g grated chocolate
Method of preparation: Almonds, sugar, eggs, softened butter and rum are mixed in a bowl. Spread half of each pancake with the result. Sprinkle with a little grated chocolate and roll up.
Arrange the pancakes in a greased pan. Bake briefly in a preheated oven to 180 degrees. Serve sprinkled with chocolate. Wonderful recipe from French cuisine!
