Sitting in front of the TV is also a critical moment for eating for no reason. In such moments, it is important to find an activity that keeps your mind and hands busy.

Indulge in your favorite sweet things from time to time without guilt. If you get tired of ice cream, just take a small funnel.

Your diet will not be seriously affected, and you will not get angry at your weakness. And don't forget to enjoy the food, not blaming it in your mind for the small imperfections of your figure.
