For the filling of the eclairs you will need to mix about 300 g of cream cheese, add 80 g of sour cream. To this add spices to taste, it is good to be fresh - a bunch of parsley, a bunch of dill, a little green onion. Mix the products and fill the ready-made eclairs. The filling should be thick - if you think the cream cheese is small, add more.
We offer you a variation of the popular muffins or cupcakes, but this time with a salty filling of cream cheese and a few walnuts to taste. Here is the recipe:
Muffins with cream cheese, basil and walnuts
Necessary products: 2 eggs, ¾ tsp oil, 1 tsp yogurt, 2 tsp. flour, ½ again. baking powder, cream cheese, walnuts, basil
Method of preparation: Make the mixture, starting with the beating of the eggs, oil and milk. Then gradually add the flour and baking powder. Finally, add about 200 g of cream cheese and stir until the mixture is even. Add a few pinches of basil. Fill the tins, and finally sprinkle on top with chopped walnuts. Bake in a preheated and moderate oven until golden brown.
After the delicious muffins, it's time for the saltines. You can easily prepare them, and for the dough you will need 150 g of butter and cream cheese, flour, a pinch of salt, 1 tsp. soda, egg, sesame.
First, mix the butter and cream cheese in a suitable bowl, adding the beaten egg to them. Then start adding the sifted flour that you have mixed with the soda and salt. The goal is to keep the dough from sticking to your hands. Then roll out and cut the desired shapes, sprinkle with sesame seeds on top - arrange them in a greased pan and bake until golden brown.

Baked potatoes with cream cheese
Necessary products: 4-5 large potatoes, 150 g cream cheese, 2 leeks, butter, sausage, black pepper, oregano
Method of preparation: Boil the potatoes, but not until fully cooked. Then cut them in half and carve the core of each potato. Arrange the halves of the potatoes in a greased pan. Finely chop the inside and add the cream cheese.
In a pan, sauté the leeks, which you have cut into thin slices, then add the sausage to lightly fry. Mix leeks and sausage with potatoes and cream cheese, add spices to taste - pepper, oregano or savory. Fill the potatoes and put a piece of butter on each potato. Bake at 180 degrees until golden. Sprinkle with yellow cheese on top if desired.
