Hardly anyone doesn't like pizza? However, if you are a fan of porridge and healthy eating, you can prepare yourself irresistible porridge pizza.

The porridge, compared to the Romanian mamaliga and the Italian polenta, has long been present in Bulgarian cuisine. In the past, it was consumed instead of bread, served with cheese or savory, as well as with various types of jam.

Today, with so many modern recipes, fewer and fewer households make porridge. But if you want to revive an old tradition, adding something new, you can prepare healthy porridge pizza.

Necessary products: 120 g corn flour, 1 and 1/2 tsp. yogurt, olive oil, salt, pepper, basil, 150 g yellow cheese, 80 g parmesan, 10 pcs. black tomatoes, 60 ml tomato paste (thick)

Method of preparation: Remove the milk to room temperature, heat it slightly (without boiling) and remove from the heat. Mix it with corn flour and 5 tbsp. olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Stir until a thick and smooth mixture is obtained (if it is too thick or liquid, adjust with a little water or more flour). Spread it on a tray lined with baking paper or cake tin. Put to bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the porridge is firm.

Then remove the marshmallows and smear it with more olive oil. Spread the tomato puree, cherry tomatoes, grated yellow cheese and parmesan on top.

Sprinkle with basil. Bake for ten minutes until the yellow cheese melts. Remove the pizza and let it cool for about 20 minutes. Cut it into pieces, sprinkle with more green spices if desired and serve.
