- Mix 3 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tsp. red pepper, 1 tsp. black pepper, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, mix well and pour over the place;
- And since there are marinades with red wine, we decided to offer you one with white, for it you will need 2 tbsp. dill, parsley and mint, lemon peel, salt, pepper, white wine. Chop parsley, dill and mint, grate the lemon zest, add the spices and pour over the meat. Then bake marine turkey;
- Another delicious turkey marinade is with melted cheese, paprika, 1 tbsp. olive oil, white wine, lemon juice. Spread the pieces of meat with melted cheese and sprinkle with spices, finally pour wine and lemon juice. This marinade is especially recommended for baked turkey steaks;
- For lovers of hotness we have chosen the following recipe for the marinade - garlic, curry, salt, lemon, pepper;
- The last offer is suitable for grilled turkey steaks. Mix soy sauce, lemon juice, mustard and brandy. Pre-sprinkle the steaks with black pepper and pour the liquid ingredients.
