Protasov's diet does not limit the amount of food, so it is very easy to follow.

During the five weeks of the diet, eat vegetables without limitation in quantity and at any time plus dairy products. Tea and coffee can also be drunk in unlimited quantities, but without sugar. Drink from half to two liters of water a day. In addition, you can be satiated with up to three green apples in one day.

Here is the mode:

1st and 2nd week - During this time, eat only raw vegetables, as well as cheeses and yogurts with higher fat content. If you are hungry, you can eat one boiled egg and three green apples a day.

3rd week - to vegetables and dairy products, you must add roasted meat (poultry or fish 300 grams). But you should slightly reduce the consumption of cheese and yogurt.
