You can eat them with a variety of fillings. If you like more salty things - cheese or yellow cheese will make you a pleasant company at the table. Fried snacks with jam are just as delicious, best if it is home-made. Set aside one day a week to prepare a homemade breakfast, so you will delight not only yourself but the whole family.

But to start preparing them, you must first be aware of what snacks we are talking about, to distinguish them. What it really is the difference between buns, pans and langids?

Bays

So many names for such an easy to prepare breakfast. Let's start with the bays.

Of the three snacks listed, only the buns are made from a harder dough and they require the most time. The dough is prepared from eggs, flour, yogurt, soda and salt. Knead it well, then spread it to a thickness of about 1 cm.

Then you start to cut different shapes from the leaves - the easiest way is with the help of the neck of a cup. Heat oil and fry. They are swollen and you can fill them with cream or eat them with milk, cheese, etc.

You do not need to re-roll the rest of the rolled sheet. Cut the irregular shapes that have formed and fry them. You get figures resembling different animals and others that will delight children.

As for the pans and langids, the difference is mainly in the milk used. Fresh milk is used for langids and sour milk for frying pans. But both snacks can be made with water if you do not have milk. In addition, in some recipes for langids, fat is added to the mixture itself, most often oil.

Langids and pans also differ in shape. As the former are more liquid, they are more like pancakes, and the pans swell more and are smaller, something like buns.

Both the pans and the langids are quite oily. You can add to the dough both shredded cheese, and so that they are not too greasy, just fry them in a pan without fat. The products used are the same except for the type of milk.

You need eggs, flour, baking soda, fat and salt. The products make a thick paste, thicker than a pancake batter mixture, which you pour into the heated fat with the help of a spoon. Turn over, blushing, and finally remove from the pan.

In some areas in Bulgaria, frying pans and langids have the same products and, accordingly, only one type of breakfast is known. There are also common names such as gourmets, lalangichki, and somewhere called pancakes and mekis. We can call them as we wish, the important thing is that they are delicious, easy to prepare and satisfy every taste.
