At first glance, frying mushrooms is an easy job - they are cleaned, cut and fried. But to be really tasty, you need to know some culinary subtleties.

The first thing is the purity of the mushrooms - they must be thoroughly washed and cleaned. The easiest way to clean them is in a bowl of water to which you have added a little salt.

It is enough to rub the surface of each sponge and the dirt will fall off on its own. Then all you have to do is put the mushrooms in a colander and leave them under running water for a few minutes.

Then boil the mushrooms. If you picked them yourself, put a head of onion in the water - if it turns blue, there is a chance that there are poisonous mushrooms and you should throw them all away.

Boil the mushrooms for no more than two minutes. Then drain the water, cut each mushroom into pieces and fry in preheated oil.

The small mushrooms are fried without cutting. If you are frying mushrooms with onions, first fry the onions, then add the mushrooms and fry until golden brown. Then cover with a lid and simmer for another five minutes.

Well-fried mushrooms retain their shape and are soft. They can be served not only hot but also cold. They are most often served with cream sauce with garlic or tomato sauce with ginger.

Mushrooms are fried with vegetables - onions, carrots, potatoes, zucchini, cauliflower, added to omelets and pies, used to make sandwiches.

Too strong spices can destroy the taste of mushrooms, so you should add them in very small doses, and it is best not to add spices at all.
