The season of one of the most beloved fruits in our country - apricots, has finally come. Fresh and fresh, they are a staple of many pastries. The cake is baked in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 40 minutes or until golden brown. When ready, leave the cake to cool.
Melt the white chocolate in a water bath, together with 2 tbsp. cream. Then, again in a water bath, melt the dark chocolate together with 2/3 tbsp. cream. Once cooled, fill the apricots with the melted chocolates.
The cake is decorated with hazelnuts, cherries and other seasonal fruits of your choice. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
Quick cake with apricots
Necessary products: crystal sugar, 3 eggs, 1/3 tsp. sugar, 6 tbsp. flour, 1 tsp. whipped cream, 2 tsp. vanilla essence, 1 tsp. lemon peel, a pinch of salt, 2 tbsp. peach liqueur, 8 apricots
Method of preparation: Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer. Add the flour, whipped cream, vanilla essence, lemon peel, rosehip salt and peach liqueur. The mixture is set aside for a few minutes. During this time, the apricots are cleaned and peeled. Cut into large pieces.
Grease the baking tray with oil and sprinkle with granulated sugar on the bottom and walls. At the bottom are sliced apricots. Pour the dough on top. The cake is baked for about 35-40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
