No matter how happy and satisfied the families eating eat instant soups of TV commercials, know that they are all just actors participating in paid videos. Whatever the advertising experts tell you, one thing is for sure - instant soups are anything but useful. Any food expert will tell you to stay away from them because they are dangerous to health.

Even recently, the World Cancer Research Foundation issued an official statement that consuming fast-dissolving amounts and several other products can cause serious health problems. Moreover, this semi-finished product increases the risk of developing cancer by 35%.

Only one packet of soup, intended for preparation in a tea cup, contains more than half of the allowed norm of salt. However, research shows that this is the smallest problem for drinkers of the harmful substance. Frequent consumption increases the risk of hypertension, stroke and cardiovascular disease.

If you read the soluble packet, you will see that the powder mixture has a high content of sodium glutamate, labeled E-621. Its function is to enhance and improve the taste, but the manufacturers save you the fact that it is extremely harmful and can lead to severe headaches, stomach disorders and even asthma attacks.

Although the packaging of fast soups says that it is rich in vitamins and minerals, thanks to the vegetables in it, know that this is just another brazen advertising lie. All vegetables used to create the soluble soup are subjected to special processing.

This leads to dehydrogenation (this occurs when at very high temperatures all the moisture in the raw materials is removed). In this way, not only the color but also the structure, as well as the smell and taste of the products change. They do not contain vitamins.

The aroma, which resembles a real soup, is acquired after the producers add a whole cocktail of chemicals, each of which is more harmful to health than the previous one.

Even more frightening is that even in the smallest package soluble soup has more than twice the permissible level of trans fatty acids. They are a proven carcinogenic product. In many western countries, they are banned because they threaten the health of the population. In Bulgaria, most packaged foods contain trans fatty acids.

Trans fats cannot be broken down by the body and seriously slow down the metabolism. This increases the bad cholesterol that accumulates on the walls of blood vessels and subsequently leads to cardiovascular disease and even death.

Moreover, cells bombarded with trans fatty acids can acquire insulin resistance and develop diabetes. So next time, think again about buying instant soup, because it's not really fast and tasty food, but a few serious diseases, concentrated in just one cup.
