Necessary products: 2 pieces of milk chocolate, 3 eggs, 150 g almonds, 200 g brown sugar, 200 g butter, 200 g flour, 1 pack. baking powder, 150 ml sour cream, 100 ml milk
Method of preparation: You need a rectangular tray in which to put baking paper. Then crush 120 g of almonds and mix them with half the sugar and 80 g of chocolate. They must be crushed into small crumbs. Then add them to a bowl with the sugar, flour, eggs, butter (softened) and milk. Once well beaten, pour the mixture into the pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 - 40 minutes.
During this time, make the glaze for the pastries. Melt the remaining chocolate and mix together with the cream. Mix well and leave to cool so that you can then spread the pastries. When the loaf is ready, divide it into two parts and spread one part with chocolate and cream, then put the other on top and spread the chocolate again. If desired, you can sprinkle generously with finely chopped almonds. In addition, you can use whatever nuts you prefer - hazelnuts, walnuts and more.
