When it is ready, roll it into a crust about 7-9 mm thick and cut out different shapes using it. Bake them in a preheated 180 degree oven in a pan lined with baking paper.
Festive Christmas cake
Necessary products: 4 eggs, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp. h. oil, 1 k. teaspoon fresh milk, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 vanilla powder, 4 teaspoons flour, 1 egg white glaze and 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
Method of preparation: Beat the eggs and sugar in a bowl with a mixer. Add the oil, milk, vanilla and flour to the baking powder. Beat the mixture again and pour it into a greased cake tin. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until fully cooked. Then make a glaze of the whipped egg whites with the powdered sugar and use a syringe to decorate the cake. If you have green confectionery paint, you can also use it to give the holiday cake the typical Christmas colors.
Christmas baklava
Necessary products: 1 packet of pie crusts, 150 g walnuts, a pinch of cinnamon, 220 g butter, syrup of 400 g sugar, 300 ml water and 10 g lemon juice
Method of preparation: Heat the oil and sprinkle it on each crust. The ground nuts and cinnamon are placed between the individual peels. Arrange the baklava in a greased pan and sprinkle with the remaining oil. Bake in a moderate oven, leave for about 10 hours and sprinkle with sugar syrup. Once it absorbs well, it can be served.
