Experts say that for the perfect Christmas table we need to put exactly 110 g of chestnut stuffing, 100 g of roasted meat juice and 150 g of white roasted turkey meat. Scientists explain their choice as follows - turkey helps regulate digestion, contains a lot of protein and beneficial omega-3 fatty acids that prevent depression.
According to experts, 100 grams of roasted turkey meat is enough to get the amino acid el-tryptophan needed for the day. It in combination with baked potatoes significantly improves mood and helps to fall asleep easier and faster.
The effect that vegetables have is due to the minerals and vitamins they contain, and last but not least - the fiber, which gives us the feeling of satiety.
Scientists add that blueberry sauce is especially suitable for the brain. After the main course, it is recommended to include the dessert with a salty pie stuffed with meat, a tangerine and a piece of Christmas pudding, which should not be more than 28 years old.
