Dietary chicken steaks

Necessary products: 3 pcs. chicken fillet, 2 onions, 250 g mushrooms, salt and pepper to taste, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tomatoes.

Method of preparation: The chicken fillet is cut into 2 parts so as to obtain thin steaks, which are seasoned with salt and pepper. Bake in a pan with Teflon coating until golden.

You do not need to add fat, but you need to place the steaks regularly so that they do not burn. Once they are ready, pour soy sauce over them.
