The market price index shows that this week the price of tomatoes jumped by 14.7 percent. Cucumbers, on the other hand, registered a decrease of 8.4 percent.
Greenhouse tomatoes are already available on wholesale exchanges for BGN 1.64 per kilogram. The price of greenhouse cucumbers has dropped to BGN 1.08 per kilogram.
Garden cucumbers are already traded for BGN 1.14 per kilogram wholesale.
In the case of green peppers, an increase of 2.9% was also registered. Their wholesale price during the week reached BGN 1.06 per kilogram. Red peppers have kept their price of BGN 1.42 per kilogram.
In the case of potatoes, the values have risen by 1.8% and they are now available for BGN 0.57 per kilogram. An increase of 2 stotinki was also registered in the case of cabbage, the price of which is currently BGN 0.47 per kilogram.
In the last week, the ripe beans have risen in price by 28 stotinki and their price on the stock exchanges is now BGN 4.39 per kilogram. In the case of lentils, the price increase is 16 stotinki - BGN 2.22 per kilogram.
There is also an increase in the price of pasta, the price of which rose from BGN 1.18 per kilogram to BGN 1.42 per kilogram.
The oil, whose price is already BGN 2.04 per kilogram, also jumped by 7 stotinki. Eggs have been reduced by 1 stotinka and their number costs 18 stotinki.
The prices of lemons have also gone down, as its values per kilogram at the moment are BGN 3.17. The weekly reduction of citrus fruits is 35 stotinki.
A decline was also reported in pineapples, which fell from BGN 2.80 per kilogram to BGN 2.38 per kilogram. The kiwi is 25 stotinki cheaper and its wholesale weight is already BGN 5.35.
In the case of bananas, there is an increase of 6 stotinki - BGN 2.18 per kilogram. Grapefruits have jumped by 10 stotinki - BGN 1.80 per kilogram. The oranges have kept their price of BGN 1.25 per kilogram.
Imported apples have risen in price by 15 stotinki and their price on the stock exchanges is BGN 1.80 per kilogram. However, Bulgarian grapes continue to become cheaper. This week it has dropped by 22 stotinki and its price is BGN 1.38 per kilogram.
