Christmas and New Year are the brightest family holidays. The whole family gathers in them in the warm and cozy home at the full festive table.
As we all know, the menu on these holidays is quite diverse. And the table would not be full without a delicious roast pork in different shapes. We will offer you several variants of roasted meatwhich are perfect for everyone festive table.

The stuffed turkey

Here you can improvise a lot with the stuffing that will fill the turkey. We will bet on one of the classic winter options with products present in every household.
Necessary products: Turkey, Sauerkraut, Rice, Leek, Turkey trifles, Mushrooms, Honey, Cabbage juice, Spices of your choice
Method of preparation: Leave the turkey to thaw. Mix 2 tbsp. honey with cabbage juice, black pepper and garlic powder. Spread the turkey well and leave it to cool for a few hours.
Finely chop the sauerkraut and leeks. We also cut the trifles. In a deep bowl, heat the fat. Fry the trifles, add red and black pepper. Then add the chopped leeks, mushrooms and sauerkraut. Cook for about 10 minutes. Finally, add the cleaned and washed rice. Cook until the water evaporates. Then we fill the turkey with the stuffing and sew it. Put it in the pan and cover with foil. Bake around 2: 30-3: 00 p.m. Shortly before removing the turkey, remove the foil and bake.
Larded pork
Necessary products:
Pork shoulder, Garlic cloves, Mustard, Carrot, Salt, Black pepper, White wine
Method of preparation:
We make a mixture of mustard, black pepper and salt. Spread the meat well and leave it to cool for a few hours. Then make a few holes in the meat and stuff the garlic cloves and carrot pieces. We roll the meat and tie it with threads. Put the pork roll in a pan, pour a little wine, cover with foil and bake. Before removing it, remove the foil and bake.
Pork chops with mushrooms in a casserole
Necessary products: Pork chops, Marinated mushrooms, Carrots, Leek, Garlic, Wine red, Salt, Pepper, Savory
Method of preparation:
Season the steaks with the dry spices. We seal them in a pan on both sides. In the same fat, stew the finely chopped vegetables. Arrange the products in the casserole, alternating a row of steaks, a row of vegetables. Pour about 1/2 tsp. wine and bake for about 1:30 h.
We make a porridge of flour and water and pour it into the casserole. Stir gently and return to the switched off oven. So we have some juicy holiday steaks, which will enchant all guests.
