The main diet for the spring season, which will cleanse you from the effects of heavy foods in the winter, may be the English diet. It was developed by British nutritionists. Unlike the previous ones, it starts with two hungry days. They are the founders of its launch. The scheme continues alternately - two protein and two vegetable days. It lasts a total of twenty days. Here's exactly how:

1-2 days:

During them it is allowed to consume 1/2 liter of fresh or yogurt and a glass of tomato juice. As an exception, two slices of black bread can be added.

Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee with milk with a teaspoon of honey, 1 slice of bread spread with 1/2 tsp. butter;

Lunch: 1 cup of meat or fish broth, 100 g of boiled meat or fish with 1 slice of black bread;

Afternoon snack: 1 cup of milk or tea with a teaspoon of honey;

Dinner: 100 g of boiled meat or fish (can be replaced with 2 eggs) and 50 g of cheese, 1 tsp. yogurt and 1 slice of black bread.

During these days are consumed:

Breakfast: 2 apples or 2 oranges;

Lunch: vegetable soup, vegetable salad without potatoes or carrots, stuffed peppers (without meat and egg);

Afternoon snack: 2 apples or 2 oranges;

Dinner: vegetable salad (cabbage, beets, carrots), seasoned with butter.

The last meal should be no later than 19.00 or before sunset.

Thus, continue to alternate the days until the 20th day. It is not recommended to repeat the diet immediately after completion. It is recommended that six months have passed. Multivitamins are recommended during the diet. Swelling and gas are possible during vegetable days. During the diet they lose an average of between 5-7 kilograms.
