Necessary products: 4 chicken legs, 3 tbsp. honey, 2 tbsp. white wine, 1 tsp. black pepper, 1 tsp. ground cardamom, salt, olive oil.

Preparation: Melt the honey in a suitable container and add the wine, cardamom and ground black pepper. Then pour this marinade over the legs and let them stand for at least an hour in a suitable container. Then heat the fat in a pan or a suitable saucepan and fry the legs.
