Method of preparation: Finely chopped onions are stewed in fat. Add the garlic, mushrooms, cut into strips, black pepper and salt. Allow to simmer, occasionally pouring a little warm water. After removing from the heat, season with finely chopped parsley and lemon juice to taste. It can be consumed alone or as a side dish to meat, fish, poultry, etc.

When cooking fresh mushrooms, this should be done immediately, as they spoil very quickly. It is possible to store up to 1-2 days in a cool place in a paper bag or between two towels.
