Small cakes with cashews
Necessary products: 200 g walnuts, 200 g porridge, 3 tbsp. honey, 100 g dates, 3 tbsp. coconut oil, 100 g dried apricots, 100 g prunes, coconut shavings or walnuts
Method of preparation: the first thing you need to do is grind the walnuts and cashews in a blender or food processor. Soak dates and plums, as well as apricots in water, drain on kitchen paper or napkin, and remove the stones.
Cut them into small pieces and add to the finely ground nuts. Stir and add honey and coconut oil. The goal is to get a mixture with which you can form balls. Then roll them in coconut shavings or walnuts, finely chopped.
Our next offer are again sweets that you can prepare with sesame tahini. They are quick and easy to prepare and very tasty. Here is the recipe:
Sweets with sesame tahini
Necessary products: sesame tahini, coconut shavings, wheat germ, honey, vanilla or rum essence
Method of preparation: The amount of products depends on how sweet you want to make. Put in a bowl coconut shavings and sesame tahini and add a few tablespoons of honey for sweetness. Then add the wheat germ - the goal is to make the mixture hard enough so that you can form balls.
Mix everything and add either vanilla or rum essence. You should shape the balls. Once they are ready, you can roll them in coconut shavings, grated chocolate or some finely chopped nuts. Refrigerate to firm.
The last recipe contains carrots. You may find it a strange suggestion, but you will definitely like it once you try it.
Candy with carrots and wheat bran
Necessary products: 5 carrots, 6 tablespoons wheat bran, sweetener, 1 pc. egg and about 100-120 g of cottage cheese
Method of preparation: first peel and grate the carrots, then add the bran and sweetener. Mix well and add the remaining products.
Knead the mixture and start to form balls, then arrange them on kitchen paper and bake them at 180 degrees. If you don't want balls, shape them into biscuits.
Our latest offer is not sweets, but ice cream, but given the coming summer may be appropriate. You need a few tablespoons of low-fat yogurt, 2 bananas and 1 tsp. berries.
First, put the bananas in the freezer for a day - it's good to buy a lot of ripe fruit. The strawberries should be beaten in the food processor together with the milk, then the bananas should be added and carefully mashed, and after the same mixture is obtained, you can pour and serve.
