Cigars with ammonia soda and jam
Required products: 2 tsp. melted lard, 1 tsp. white wine, 1 packet of ammonia soda, 2 -3 tbsp. yogurt, flour, marmalade of choice, powdered sugar.
Preparation: mix the fat and white wine, then add to them the ammonia soda that you have mixed in the yogurt. Start adding flour - the amount is enough to form a soft dough.
Divide the resulting dough into four balls and roll out the crust from each of them. Cut them into rectangles, then wrap them in cigars. Put them in a greased pan and bake until pink in a moderate oven. While they are warm, roll them in powdered sugar.
Our next offer is for sticks with ammonia soda and cinnamon aroma. For them you will need to beat 70 g butter, 100 g powdered sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Add flour and fresh milk, in which you have previously put ½ tsp. ammonia soda.
The flour is about 300 g and the milk is ½ tsp. Knead a medium soft dough and roll out a sheet of it from which you need to cut the sticks. Sprinkle with sugar and bake in a moderate oven.
