According to them, in most cases this phenomenon is due to the inappropriate weather conditions in which the chocolate is kept. This usually happens when stored in a cold environment.
To avoid this coloring effect and to keep your purchase commercially commercial, store chocolate products at a temperature between 16 and 18 degrees Celsius. Also, avoid keeping the packaging of an item open for a long time, scientists recommend.
