From all that has been said so far, it is clear that a good diet can lead not only to weight gain and obesity, but also to serious health problems.

The best way to overcome the wolf's appetite is by forcing yourself to eat regularly (3 or 4 times a day), consuming your food slowly so that you can enjoy it, choosing lower-calorie foods, eating more small portions and regularly drink plenty of water and other fluids, which will satiate your appetite to some extent.
