Necessary products: 2 ripe avocados, small onion, 1 clove garlic, 1 tomato, half a lemon, salt, 2 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
Method of preparation: To pick a ripe avocado, it must be softer to the touch. It is also good for the tomato to be soft. Mash the avocado and tomato with a fork, then add finely chopped onion, crushed garlic, salt to taste, the juice of half a lemon and olive oil. If you like spices, you can put a pinch - two coriander. And in case you like hot, finely chop half a hot pepper and add it to the guacamole. For less spiciness, add 1 teaspoon of hot pepper.
