Bake in a moderate oven until golden brown.
In the same way you can make a cake with fresh fruit without using cottage cheese. Arrange the bread in the pan and put the fruit on top - cut into pieces, sprinkle with sugar on top, then put another row of bread. Continue until you are finally done with fruit and sugar. Finally, pour in beaten eggs, fresh milk and sugar if desired. Bake in a moderate oven.
Cake with bread and blueberry jam
Necessary products: 200 g bread, 3 eggs, 250 g fresh milk, 40 g butter, 3 tablespoons brown sugar, blueberry jam, rum essence, walnuts
Method of preparation: first cut the bread into cubes, then pour the milk over it and let the bread absorb the milk for half an hour. In another bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, butter, essence, add the finely chopped walnuts.
Mix the mixture with the eggs together with the milk and bread and pour into a suitable pan, then bake until golden brown. Finally, take out the cake while it is still warm and spread plenty of blueberry jam. Leave to stand and eat after the cake has cooled completely.
