Everyone knows that old beans are a heavy food and for that they are eaten once a week. People avoid it for health reasons - in colitis, gastritis, etc., but it is very useful.

According to various sources, Bulgarian beans cure colon cancer. Its nutritional value: protein - 23.3%; carbohydrates - 55.5%; water - 11.2% and fat - 1.5%; contains B vitamins and vitamin C. One cup of cooked beans (or two-thirds canned) provides 12 grams of fiber - almost half of the recommended daily dose of 21 to 25 grams for an adult woman (30 to 38 grams for an adult man). On the other hand, meat does not contain fiber at all. This difference in fiber content means that meat is digested fairly quickly and beans are digested slowly, keeping you full for longer.

Because the structure of beans is complex, it does not tolerate some things like tomatoes, oil (for this it is put to the end), stir-fry, does not combine with meat, cheese, bread.

To avoid problems with the consumption of beans, you can cook it as follows: first soak the beans for 10-12 hours, discard the water, wash and peel so as not to cause gas and heaviness. Pour new water and bring to the boil, then discard this water and pour new water. Return to the hob until it boils.

The other part is already a matter of taste, you can put a tomato, onion, carrot or make a stuffing. A little meat or bacon can make the beans even tastier.

The second photo is a demonstration of a plate of peeled beans. See how many come out and how many boats are eaten, and then think about what happens in your stomach with what you eat.
