In different countries, the festive table is a joy and in accordance with local customs. The only thing that unites them are the eggs.

The traditional Bulgarian table consists of lamb, painted eggs and Easter cakes. Prepare the spring green salad of lettuce, radishes, fresh onions and garlic, parsley. As an additional ingredient for the salad are peeled painted eggs, which enrich its taste. On Easter, everyone greets Christ is Risen! and fight with Easter colorful eggs.
