Be careful with sauces
Additives such as spicy mayonnaise, tempura or extra avocado are extra calories and fat. You should also be careful with soy sauce, as it is extremely salty, advises Moskowitz. And consuming too much sodium can raise your blood pressure, thus increasing your risk of heart disease.
Also pay attention to the rice
Rice is one of the biggest reasons why you should be careful with dried. Sushi can contain the equivalent of a whole cup of rice or about 200 calories and 45 grams of carbohydrates, says Moskowitz. So balance by avoiding eating sushi in the evening.
