Foreigners are also attracted by the beautiful natural places that the country offers.

According to Rumen Draganov, there is a promising trend in rural tourism, due not only to culinary tourism, but also to the various festivals, which are increasingly organized in the villages.

Of course, not only the French and Germans, but also guests from many other countries are impressed by the native cuisine. At the beginning of August, we told you about tourists from Norway who were so impressed with the native tripe soup that they were even willing to count a certain amount of money to learn the secret of the fragrant dish.

Traveling to the sea, the tourist group passed through a Bulgarian restaurant. There, the Norwegians had the opportunity to try our unique dish. One of them enjoyed the soup so much that he decided to get an exact recipe for it at any cost.

The restaurant in question initially kept the foreign gourmet in the dark, but eventually decided to take pity on him and reveal the secret to him. As a token of gratitude, the foreigners left a fat tip to the staff.

Along with the Shopska salad, sirmi, banitsa, yoghurt and lyutenitsa, the Bulgarian tripe is among the most captivating native dishes. This is the reason why legends have been around for a long time.
