Stuffed tomatoes in the oven

Necessary products: 1 kg tomatoes, 3 onions, 5 tbsp. olive oil, 1 slice of rye bread, 1 egg, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper to taste, a few sprigs of fresh parsley

Method of preparation: The tomatoes are hollowed out and the inside is boiled until thickened. Strain. Fry the finely chopped onion in the fat and add the spices and the crushed bread. Pour the tomato mixture and the beaten eggs and fill the tomatoes with this stuffing. Arrange in a greased pan, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake in a preheated oven.

Necessary products: 1 tsp rice, 4-5 stalks of leek, 5-6 tomatoes, a few stalks of fresh parsley and fresh thyme, salt and pepper to taste, a lump of butter
