Insulin jumps to extract energy from glucose, blood sugar rises, and after half an hour you feel hungry again. White bread should be a thing of the past, prefer whole grain, eat lots of vegetables and legumes.

It is very harmful to eat only when you feel that you will faint from hunger. This is the fastest way to age prematurely. Ghrelin, the appetite stimulant, is to blame.

If you haven't eaten for a long time, you'll be crammed with whatever comes your way the moment you feel faint. Do not wait for this moment, and eat four or five times, but less.

In fifth place is the harmful habit of eating on foot. The main enemy is the stress hormone cortisol, which is produced at a time when the usual ritual is turned upside down.
