Cooking is a great pleasure, especially if you have a cupboard and refrigerator full of products and you are only required to prepare various delicious things - sweet and salty. However, a real challenge arises if the dish has to be prepared with few products - that is, to be as cheap as possible.

Of course, you can always get out of the situation with fried eggs, but every day you will get tired of eggs quite quickly, and it is not very healthy. Imagine that there are no blue cheeses and mascarpone in your home. White cow's cheese and 1% yoghurt remain in the refrigerator. The question here is how to turn cheap products into a real delight for the palate. Or rather, how to make a super pot with cheap products?

We are far from the idea that everyone has expensive products at home, but lately all the recipes have become very complicated and quite pretentious. So let's look at something more ordinary, but very tasty and nutritious.

The easiest options for cheap dishes are soups - whether it will be with chicken, sausages or just vegetables, soups do not require much of the budget. Other suitable suggestions are the dishes with potatoes - to them we can add a variety of products and it becomes delicious. Potatoes can be baked or in the form of stew.

Here are two suggestions - one for the main, the other for dessert, which will not cost you much:

Roasted peppers with sauce

Sweet balls
Sweet balls

Necessary products: 1 pack. roasted peppers, 1 jar of tomato paste or juice, ½ a bunch of parsley, oil and salt, flour

Method of preparation: First roll the pepper in the flour and fry it in hot fat. Once all the peppers are ready, put 1 bottle of tomato juice in the same fat and wait for it to boil and thicken, add the spices and finally pour the pepper.

Sugar balls

Necessary products: 1 tsp. sugar, 1 tsp yogurt, 3 tbsp oil, 3 tsp flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 vanilla

Method of preparation: It's all confusing. You can add some ground nuts (if you have any), add a little cinnamon or another confectionery spice that you like, and even if they stay that way, you will still like them a lot. Once the mixture is ready, make a few balls, sprinkle them with sugar on top or roll them and bake in a medium oven until golden brown.
