For the preparation of pork ribs you will need 1 kg of pork ribs, 500 milliliters of milk, 50 milliliters of vodka, 1 teaspoon of salt, 3 pinches of black pepper, 2 tablespoons of mustard and 200 milliliters of white wine.

The ribs are marinated in vodka, mustard and milk, then washed and sprinkled with salt and pepper. Finally, pour the wine and bake for about 90 minutes at 180 degrees.
