Method of preparation: Beat the eggs and sugar, gradually add the milk and melted butter, then the flour, baking powder. Once the mixture is uniform, it's time to put the finely chopped banana, chocolate chopped in the same way, raisins, half a bottle of lemon essence. Mix all the products and pour into the muffin tins, then put the pan in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake.
You can replace the ham in the savory cupcakes with the sausage you prefer or make them with cheese, yellow cheese and a little savory. In the sweet muffins you can put walnuts instead of raisins, and replace the banana and chocolate with an apple, if you add a little cinnamon, it will become like a strudel in muffin tins.
