Preparation: Water, milk, butter and salt are heated to boiling. Sprinkle the flour and mix everything over a very low heat for about 10-15 minutes, stirring always in one direction. Remove the pan from the heat. You should have a dough that stirs again until it stops steaming. Add the eggs one by one and bake the dough in a moderate oven for about 20-25 minutes.

Ingredients: 1 1/2 tsp flour, 1 small packet of butter, 1 1/2 tsp water, 5 eggs, a pinch of salt and a pinch of powdered sugar.

Method of preparation: Boil the water, butter, salt and sugar and add the flour, stirring constantly. Remove the pan from the heat and continue to stir the mixture in one direction until it cools. While stirring constantly, add the eggs and bake the finished dough in a moderately strong oven for about 25 minutes.

Preparation: Bring the milk, water, butter and salt to a boil and add the flour, stirring constantly. Remove the dough from the heat until it cools down and start adding the eggs one by one, stirring constantly in one direction.

Add the ammonia soda, which is pre-dissolved in the cognac and the dough prepared in this way is baked in a moderately strong oven for about 20-25 minutes.
