Stir in finely chopped cabbage, squeezed juice of one orange, four dried apricots soaked in warm water and two tablespoons of ground walnuts.

Serve with a yogurt dressing, two teaspoons of liquid honey and a little grated lemon peel. Eat two apples, baked with a little sugar and sprinkled with cloves and cinnamon.

For lunch or dinner, eat a portion of chicken with spices. One skinless chicken breast is marinated with a marinade made from chopped onions and garlic mixed with a little fresh milk, a teaspoon of coriander, a teaspoon of cumin and a pinch of cayenne pepper.

In this marinade, the breasts mature for an hour. Bake the breasts in the oven for ten minutes on each side, occasionally watering with the remnants of the marinade.

The sixth day begins with an omelet with mushrooms and a glass of orange juice. An additional breakfast is zucchini cream soup, complemented by a toasted slice of wholemeal bread and avocado and cucumber salad.

Dinner or lunch - roasted trout with mashed boiled and mashed spinach. On the seventh day, breakfast is the juice of one grapefruit, two baked apples sprinkled with ground almonds, and a glass of yogurt.
