Chicken fillet with vegetables
Necessary products: 2 pcs. chicken fillet, 1 carrot, 1 zucchini, 1 red onion, 1 green and 1 red pepper, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste, 1 tbsp. olive oil
Method of preparation: The chicken fillet is cut into steaks, and if it is too thick, it is cut lengthwise. Season with salt and pepper and bake on the grill or grill pan. All vegetables (zucchini should be lightly salted beforehand and drained) are cut into strips and fried in olive oil until fully cooked. If necessary, add a little water. They are served together with the chicken steaks and everything is drizzled with soy sauce.
Steamed fish with lettuce
Necessary products: 2 fillets of white fish, 1/2 head of iceberg, 1 cucumber, a few sprigs of dill, a few sprigs of green onions, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1/2 tsp. balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation: The fish fillets are washed, seasoned with salt and pepper and placed on the grill provided for steaming for about 10 minutes. Once the fish is ready, pour 1 tsp. olive oil. Separately, the iceberg is washed, cut or torn and placed in a bowl. Add the chopped cucumbers, dill, balsamic vinegar, the remaining olive oil and season the salad with salt. Mix well and serve with the fish.
Casseroles with skim cheese
Necessary products: 500 g skimmed and unsalted cheese, 250 g mushrooms, 200 g spinach, 3 tomatoes, depending on the size of the pots - 1 egg per pot, fat to spread on the pots.
Method of preparation: The cheese is crushed and the washed vegetables are cut into strips. At the bottom of each pot put a little fat, a row of tomatoes, a row of mushrooms, a row of spinach, a row of cheese, etc. Place in the oven until the liquid begins to spring. About 10 minutes before they are ready, 1 egg on each dish is broken on top.
