How to clean enameled dishes?
Surely in every kitchen there are a few tablespoons of salt. As practice shows, this is the best means of cleaning burnt from the surface of an enamel dish. You should use the salt as follows:
- Sprinkle plenty of coarse table salt on the place of the burnt and yellowed places;
- Pour a little warm water on top;

If salt has not helped you clean the dish properly, there is another more effective method - the use of table vinegar. To clean the container, you must pour enough vinegar into the contaminated container to cover the entire burnt area. Leave the dish for 3-4 hours. During this time, food debris will easily peel off the surface. For complete cleaning, pour the vinegar from the dish and wash in the usual way with detergent.
Still can't get rid of carbon deposits? You can try the second option. Pour 200 g of water and 20-40 g of vinegar into the contaminated enameled container. Put on low heat and boil the water-vinegar solution for a few minutes. After turning off the heat, wait for the dish to cool and remove the remnants of burnt food with a soft cloth.
If you do not have vinegar on hand, you can use limontozu or lemon juice obtained from 1-2 fruits. Keep in mind that natural sour juice is much more effective than any other remedy. You need to soak the tan with a solution of lemon juice and water or with lemon juice.
