If you get constipation during the diet, eat two handfuls of prunes or dates. In addition to milk, you can drink fruit juices. This diet is not recommended for people who are engaged in heavy physical labor.

After the fifth day, the diet is stopped and you should return to your usual diet. However, this is not done abruptly, but gradually. The first day after the diet do not eat until fifteen hours, then eat vegetables - fresh or stewed.

Repeat the same on the second day, and on the third switch to your usual food, but it is better if you can eat healthy for a few more days to maintain the results.

On the third day after the diet, have breakfast with the juice of two oranges, grapes and an apple. At lunch, eat a salad of tomatoes, grated carrots and boiled red beets, with a whole grain slice of butter. Dessert - dates. Dinner is a boiled egg, stewed spinach with carrots and celery and for dessert - a baked apple.

The next day, have breakfast with two handfuls of raisins and an orange. Drink a glass of milk. At lunch, eat fresh salad, some yellow cheese and a whole-grain slice, and at dinner, eat salad, stewed vegetables and dried fruits.

On the last day before your final return to a normal diet, have breakfast with a fresh fruit salad and a glass of milk. At lunch, eat celery salad, a whole grain slice of butter and eat bananas and dates. For dinner, eat walnuts, cabbage salad, stewed zucchini and stewed fruit.
